Hi,
My book ID : JPS6NTGRZ.
I book a cab in Ranchi but it got book in Karnataka.
So i called the zoom customer service and ask to change the location.
But they say it will to possible . You have to cancel this ride and need to book a new cab.
So i ask them to cancel the trip and refund the money back.
they say it will take 30 days after that money will be back to your account.
But i never get the money back .I try to call the zoom customer service.
but it not let me to speak any one.
I even right mail to them regard to refund but get no reply.
I book a cab on 21 oct 2020 but not get a refund yet.
SO i need my money back to my account with the interest that is apply by my credit card company.
