[Resolved] Zoomcar — Refund not processed and long overdue
I had booked @zoomcar in August 2020 woth boolong ID JPS6N0JC3 and had to cancel the trip well before the trip date as I had a family emergency. The refund policy mentioned 30 working days and every time I called the customer care, they said its not yet due. They disabled the customer Care number after that and since have not refunded my money which is INR 8, 404 (eight thousand four hundred and four only).
Its been a harassment frpm @zoomcar ever since and my hard earned money still stays pending.
Please help in getting this amount back and issue a complaint against @zoomcar as I noticed many instances such as mine.
