Zoomcar — Refund not received even after 60 days | |
I have cancelled my Zoomcar booking with Booking Id JPS6NF93H on 24th Jan 2021. Total Refundable Amount is Rs. 16, 731/-. As per Zoomcar policy, my refund should have been processed within 30 working days but its been more than 60 days and I am still waiting for the refund. I have reached multiple times to Zoomcar support, every time they give me false timelines and refund never gets processed within those timelines. I am attaching screenshots of Booking Cancellation with refundable amount and zoomcar policy on refund timelines.
