Zoomcar — refund not received even after a month | |||
Booking i'd jps6nlogs We booked a ford figo on 21 st feb 2020. Finished the travel and returned the car on the same date. Zoomcar says they refund the caution deposit within 10 working days. It's been a month still refund not received. Zoomcar care representative are very lathargic. No response for complaint mails to them as well. Need some attention. Was this information helpful? | |||
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 30, 2020 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Vinith, Greetings! We did check the booking and see that the refund was not released due to a technical issue. We have rectified the same and released the amount to the source account. We are sorry to know that you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund was initiated however, the refund has failed. Due to the lockdown, the bookings has been affected and we are unable to process any refund. We request you to kindly wait until the lockdown is over, we shall reinitiate the refund.
