Zoomcar — refund not received even after a month

We booked a ford figo on 21 st feb 2020. Finished the travel and returned the car on the same date.
Zoomcar says they refund the caution deposit within 10 working days.
It's been a month still refund not received.
Zoomcar care representative are very lathargic. No response for complaint mails to them as well.
Need some attention.

We did check the booking and see that the refund was not released due to a technical issue. We have rectified the same and released the amount to the source account. The amount will hit your account within 5-15 days from today. We are sorry for the delay caused.
