[Resolved] Zoomcar — Refund not received over 6 months | |||||
It's been over 6 months I have not received my refund .Tried calling them many times, even dropped them mails but they don't respond at all. They only answer calls if you have bookings or else there system won't connect you with any of there executive. Till date I have not received refund for 2 bookings.This seems to be complete case of fraudulent and they are not even ashamed of it. There on field executives are like do whatever you want .It seems zoomcar is doing this on purpose.They are taking money of there customers and returning at all. Sep 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing. They just refunded the amount at end of the financial year.They don't care about people. Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
