Zoomcar — Refund Pending from 160 days , Still not credited to me | |||
I have completed my trip on 28 May, 2020. I took Maruti Suzuki Baleno within Pune city which was inclusive of fuel however while I handover the Zoomcar I had refueled for Rs. 500 and while returning I was told in a week's time I will get the refund which was ok for me as I had used zoom car many times. I did not receive refund for one month and somehow I could connect to customer care executive who again told one week time. It's been five (5) and half months nearly 165 days now. Now the problem is I am not able to reach over phone to customer care executive and in app email is not responded. I had written 4 - 5 in app mails, normal mails, and also I tweeted them in Twitter but still awaiting response and refund. The customer care number are not reachable or always on busy tone. If my complaint is not resolved within seven days then I am going to file the legal case in Consumer Forum Court against Zoomcar India for cheating and doing fraud to their customers and even harassing and giving mental pressures to the innocent customers under Sec. 420, Sec. 498 of Indian Penal code.
