Zoomcar — Refund pending since 28 days now and no contact with the company

I have booked a car from zoomcar but unfortunately I had to cancel the order.
I have cancelled my order on 27 sep and today it's 25oct and there is no contact with the company.
Tried calling zoomcar all online numbers provided online but all numbers seems to be out of service.
Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.
