Zoomcar — Refund Pending since cancellation of booking on 11th Nov 2020

Address:7th Floor, Tower-B, Diamond District, 150, HAL Old Airport Rd, Kodihalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008

I had booked zoomcar on 8th Nov 2020 & paid Rs.12721/- via netbanking, further due to some reason I cancelled the booking on 11th Nov 2020, as per their policy they should have refunded me Rs.12521/- after deduction of Rs 200/-. But till date zoomcar has not refunded me neither they are mailing me, several times I complained through their app, even I have added my account details in their app but there is no response from them. please take necessary action against zoomcar company at the earliest.
