Zoomcar — regarding refund

I had booked a car on 17th june, 2019. The booking id is jps6bv40z and the booking was complete on the same day. I have paid security deposit of 2999 which would be refunded in a week. But it's been 20 days and i still didn't get the refund. I've sent mails regarding this many times but there is no reply and even the customer care number isn't working.

Upon checking, we see that the refund has been initiated to the account on 28/06/19, the same shall reflect in your account on or before 13th July. Hence, we request you to wait.
