Zoomcar — The company isn't refunding deposit amount | |
Booking ID: JPS6NE0WX Its been 35 day since I made by one day roundtrip booking with zoom car on 24th of September. The security deposit refund status is showing as pending ever since the booking was ended and verification and checks were completed and that status never changed. The company firstly told deposit amount will be credited right after booking is completed, then they changed it to 7 days processing time, then they said for cards it takes 15-30 days and now its 35 days still refund status is pending and now they have also stopped accepting calls and havent replied to a single in app email. Why is it taking so much of a time to just refund the unused deposit even after a successful verification/approval and for just the sake of argument if they are having policies for such long refunds so why isn't the refund credited yet after the maximum time period. What kind of scam/fraud is going on here. A humble request to enquire and act and stern notice to company to refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |
