[Resolved] Zoomcar — unable to end-trip | |
On aug 17, 2018 I am nutan, i am using zoomcar pedl service. I always unable to end-trip and end up paying more money (They charge more). I use the pedl cycle no 3220302 up to 30 minutes and end trip at 3.05 pm by paying 6 rs later i saw the the application does not allow to end-trip and trip is live and on 10.15 pm i got sms of 48 rs hence end up paying more money to the zoomcar company. There is no facility to reach out customer care number. Please help me solve the problem... Was this information helpful? | |
