[Resolved] Zoomcar — unusual damage charges | |||
I took vehicle from zoom car today for 8 am to 8 pm for maruti swift at booking id jps64vl83 for 11 october 2018, i took the car and i was new to keyless entry i had a chat with zoomcar executive and she guided with that, there were multiple scratches on front and rear bumber and she told me to mark it in checklist, when i returned the car there was no person there and i completed the checklist sand returned the car. When i reached home there was a pending rs 2500 paymnet showing for vehicle damage. How am i responsible for the car after when i returned the car. Even it was not a zoom car location how can i believe that they are claiming damage is done by me..
