Zoomcar — Vague charges applied and legal notice sent by Zoom Car to us

The booking no JPSN75FAF was made on 16th Jul 07:30 AM and the drop was done on 16th Jul 11:30PM for a Maruti Swift MT petrol Car. (screenshot attached below)

Suddenly we see that zoom car has charged us an inconvenience fee for Rs 25000, against which no valid data was given. We did raise this concern to your customer support team on 27th August itself and they did raise a ticket internally and also said that they will process a refund as there was a glitch in the app. You can see in the below screenshot that it shows that a refund of Rs. 21132 is pending from zoom car itself to us (screenshot attached) which is actually balancing out the incorrect charges that Zoom Car's app is showing as per the image as you can see.

Below is the complaint ticket raised by us to zoom car on Aug 27th itself via customer care phone but we never got any revert.

Post that there was no revert anywhere from any of your team members and suddenly we are getting emails and Whatsapp about legal action unnecessarily without even a proper homework or your background check done at your end. A person called Vivek, claiming to be a legal employee from their team not providing any valid proof when asked what are the charges about when clearly Zoom car's app itself has a glitch and the same was agreed by the customer service person is harassing us by sending messages which are unwanted.

Being a regular user of ZoomCar, we have repeatedly used all possible communication channels to raise this concern to your team but could never hear back.

Please check the screenshot below which clearly shows a pending refund from your end itself of INR 21132/- which now you are expecting us to pay to Zoomcar?!

The booking amount was Rs. 2389, against which the payment has already been made. (screenshot attached below).

Please first get this checked internally before harassing your customers. Attaching all the screenshots below.
