I am host for Zoomcar. I had booking on 15th sept 8:30 pm to 16th sept 2:30 pm. The car has been picked by the guests 2 hours ago the booking time without doing any check lists. They didnât even inform me that car got picked up. My app showed upcoming booking. I tried calling zoom 100 times but no one answered or replaced to email. I thought my car got lost and went to police to file a complaint. When I track car through zoom app itâs 100km far from my place. I went to them in a 2 wheeler and got them. I asked how they got the car, they said itâs zoom car booking, they are like 10 students seem drunk as ###. They said they gonna drop the car by 6:30pm as Zoomcar gave them extended time. Till then I tried calling and emailing zoom but no one answered. They ###ing didnât care I guess. I called the person at 6:30 pm why the car is here yet, heâs like on the way. We went to place by GPS, everyoneâs smoking and drinking inside the car and having party. I was ###, and took the car from them. On my way back the car got borkedown, as there is 0% fuel. Any how I got back after 2-3 hours of spending time on middle of road. Till now app shows booking is still upcoming. I donât think Iâll get money for that booking as booking havenât started or ended as per the app.
