I have booked a Zoom Car from 14th - 17th of August (booking ID: JPSN7D5NG). The car had a breakdown during the trip where the battery that came with the car was dead. Upon speaking to the customer care executive on 15th August, I have replaced the battery to continue with my trip. The battery replacement cost me 3950/- rupees.
I have uploaded the bill for the above on zoom car trip end, and am still waiting for my refund.
I have raised multiple tickets by writing to [protected]@zoomcar.com and they just close the tickets without resolving them.
