[Resolved] Zoomin India — delivery status for photo book ordered on 27th aug

Hi team,

I have placed one order on 27th aug for a photobook, my order number is :-zin1-3g3zbnk6. I did not get any email/sms regarding delivery status. I am not able to track my order even. I want my order to be delivered till 21rst aug since i am leaving this city on 1rst sep night.
Could you please make it delivered till 31rst/1rst sep morning, this is really urgent for me to get this order by these date.

Your efforts will be appreciable if you will be able to make this possible for your customer if this will be delayed then i have to cancel my order.

I did not hear anything back from this company till now. I am so worried about my order since i am leaving the city very soon. Also I am not sure how they can mark my complain marked as resolved though i was not even been contacted by anyone .

I ordered 2 flip books (order no. ZIN1-F92ZDQHT) on Sept. 5, 2017 which is scheduled to be delivered on Sept. 14, 2017. Out of surprise, the order itself is canceled without any notice.
