Zoomin India — Not getting proper solution

Hi,

I have ordered a 6*6 calendar and did ONLINE payment also on 14 Dec, I was connected to 3-G network but I was facing issues in uploading of photos. I raised this concern with Zoom in support team on 16 Dec and cancelled my order on 17 Dec.
But it is still showing pending and still uploading the photos.
Please help me in cancellation of this order and getting my refund.

** I also tried to reach you at the contact no. provided at your site but they are good for nothing so please update these contact details with the no. which are working and reachable.
