[Resolved] Zoomin India — product not delivered | |||
My order was in transit since 14th august via fedex. Today when i tracked my order progress it displayed that it has been delivered already. Although i have not received any order from the respective delivery partners and the website. It was needed on urgent basis. Kindly resolve this on priority basis as it has to be presented to someone on their birthday. The urgency of the delivery is understood by the fact that i have been tracking it since the day it got shipped from origin city. Kindly help me in this. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The product was delivered to my location after a few calls. ZoomIn India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 17, 2017 Updated by kunal_sharma The address mentioned was of Murthal, Sonipat(HARYANA). Neither was there any update regarding the product delivery on the registered email id even nor on the given phone number. Attaching a snipshot for reference.Kindly provide details about the respective order. | |||

Kindly provide behavioral training to your Delivery Associates.Teach them how to talk to a customer.Also, the delivery guy refused to deliver the order at the specified address.I need my order today on urgent basis.Kindly get it delivered .

My order shows as Delivered online. But I have yet not received my product. I already paid the amount online. Raised request to zoomin customercare but no revert. I am unable to track my package. There is no security followed, customers confidential pictures delivered to any place. Plese help me locate my order or file action against this.
