Zoomin India — refund not given | |||||
Booked a car from zoomcar on 3rd december 2018, zoomcar cancelled the ride 12/12/2018 as the license of the driver was of 2 wheeler. Refund was initiated but it has not been transferred since then, contacted zoomcar support their executives asking me to check my bank details however i have got no refund till now. Booking id # jps6fji77 My profile still showing refund to be transferred to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Greetings!
We are sorry as you have not received the refund yet. We did check and we have created the refund through IMPS, the link shall be shared to the registered email ID in 24 business hours.
Request you to login to your Zoomcar account through a desktop and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.
