My ZB-BNB200 neckband cracked. I called up customer care and mailed them the picture of the broken part. Initially they responded but now there is no response. I have also sent them a mail attached with a picture of the broken neckband the person said he would revert back in 10 minutes but there is no response. I called them around 10 times. And the customer care helpline number is all time busy. If this issue is not resolved my next move will be to approach consumer court. Because they are selling cheap quality products. I have charged this product for almost 7hrs but it's not fully charged as it still shows the red light when put on charging why it's taking so long to get charged.
I request to give me feedback rates to this issue aasoon as possible
