[Resolved] Zopnow Retail — Changing in price during delivery and didn't return the goods as well | |||||
20th February We have ordered some fruits & Vegetables from Zopnow They have increased the prices of strawberries from Rs. 39 to Rs. 89, onion from Rs. 13 to Rs. 19 & tomatoes from Rs. 21 to Rs. 27. They have cancelled delivery for one product and adjusted the price in the remaining products. This happened multiple times but earlier the differential amount was 5-10 Rupees so we never concerned that much but this time the differential amount was huge which is not acceptable at all. We order to return the goods, they just called, somehow we missed the call but no one came home to pick the product. We also called back to the same number but the number rerouted to their customer care and no one picked the call. I am expecting them to refund the complete amount for those goods back as i didn't used them hoping someone will come to pick them up and now they have got spoiled. We are attaching documents which will justify the amount booked during placing the order and what were the prices they charged during delivery of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
