[Resolved] Zopnow Retail — Overcharged me and not returning my money | |||||
I placed an order on 8th of feb, I returned 1 item which costed 47 rs. On 14th feb I placed another order, the sales boy fought with me very rudely and said that there is a pending amount of 47 and I need to pay him for that. He took 47 rs extra and just ran off. I complaint to customer care at that very moment and they told me that it will be reverted back in 2 days. And since then I have claaed around 10 time, I think I have already spent 47 bucks on phone itself, but still no return. This is seriously not done. Never gonna shop from these thieves.
