I had ordered vegetables on 21st April 2017. The order was placed at 3 PM and was delivered by 9.30 PM. Since it was too late in the evening we could not check the contents properly. When we checked almost all vegetables were stale and unedible. The complaint was raised but nothing happened. Now whenever I try to login on the Website, it constantly says that - 'sorry could not log you on'. It does not allow you to login as you may use the 20% cash back pending in the account. The replies from Zopnow are robotic in nature and are not helpful at all. Better to avoid Zopnow. Was this information helpful? | |||||
