I have placed order where till now 16 days passed but no dispatch and also where i have requested for cancellation but till now refund not received, immediately deliver product or refund the amount, .

After taking the payment online, they even dont bother to inform the whereabouts of the product. Call centre nos are not functional - only gets forwarded. A big example of an online fraudulent company. Will approach consumer court for mere 250 rs but will ensure other people doesnt fall prey in this trap.
