If employers ask the register number means, they didn't respond.they told "this is none of your business". employees in 2years bond period we cant do anything.2) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai now only we shifted to this location, before this office located in purasawalkam, chennai. in top of one house that was builded with sheet material as roof. In summer days, we cant able to sit in that office, if there is no power means, Fan not working, we have to sit and work in that place only with lot of sweats using UPS. Due to this one of our employer got skin disease. Then after only we [censored]ed to this new location.3) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai is not a good company. This company does not give salary on time.4) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai is tends the employers to sign the bond for two years and They collected our degree certificates.5) for first month there is no salary.and from second month to fourth month 4000rs only salary and after they give 7500rs.6) HEAVY WORKING TIME upto 11hrstimings: 9:00am - 1:00pm1:20pm - 8:30pmlunch break : 1:00- 1:207)Its seems like to be in Central Jail--> For lunch break 20mins only they allowed to go outside, out of other time, we cant able to go outside--> Phones Not allowed.8) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai, we joined for web development using php, but they gave data entry works to the users.Manager(Karthik : [censored]ing ) ordered the employers to work in the data entry project that finish within short time. there are only 4 employers only in this company nowone day they gave 1500 images to the 4 employers, and in that images 51 lines of text is there, we have to type that 51 lines in notepad. i.e. image to notepad conversion. with accuracy and by time.They told by within three days we have to finish. and manager tortured the employers to work by continuously day and night. We didnt slept for two days. and also they didnt provide salary for that night time we worked.Its very frustrating.9) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai.it is a web development company, we have to research in internet to do the website Even.if we worked correctly, manager check the employers browser if any unwanted sites are opened by workers and scold the employees for unwanted reasons.10) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai in this company, each day we finished 2-4 projects continuously, Even if we finished the projects correctly, there is no encouragement to workers.11) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai in this company there is no salary hike for employers.They didn't know about the work mean salary hike.12) Zuan technologies pvt ltd, kodambakkam, chennai in this company they didn't provide salary in correct time.and also there is no P.F and ESI to employees.13) If the salary is 4000rs means, they will give only 3500rs.they didnt give full salary.if we asked the remaining salary means, they told " you peoples came late in morning.if office starts in 9:30am means, you'll be here by 9:30am but you came here for 9:40am. so i ll reduced the salary for you" - like this manager told. But actual office timings is 9:30 am to 6.30 pm. But we peoples worked upto sometimes 10:00pm and sometimes 10:45pm also.they didnt consider the extra timings we worked.14) There is no respect to employers.15)Because of too much of torturing the employers, some employers went out from office in the bond period itself. They didnt gave my certificates also.I cant do anything without my degree certificatePLZ...PLZ..SOMEONE HAVE TO ASK THIS..PLZ HELP...PLZ..PLZ.
