Zuari Furniture — damage bed repair

I purchased zuari bed n wardrobe from Delhi. But during shifting from Delhi to patna it was damaged some parts. I asked zuari service staff for repairing but he told me that there is no such repairing system in our company. He fixed bed n wardrobe and told me to keep it at same place. If it's shifting from one place to another thn it damaged again. Please do something or exchange for me instead of repairing. A
