I bought a online beauty subscription box in sep'19 named glamego. Happy with the product received, i opted to take longer subscription of 6 months as it offered same box at discounted prices. On 1st october i took 6 months subscription and received my box in october as promised. However in november, i was sent some random products inappropriately packed having no cover note of why such a packaging. I received the box on 2nd november.
When written on the customer care id about my disappointment, i received a response that my subscription has been terminates. Glamego has sent me the product worth remaining balance to compensate for the amount due at their end. If i want to have november box, i can purchase it separately as a monthly subscription by paying for it. I replied back to either refund my balance, or deduct revised charges from it and send me correct set of products. I am open to pay surplus, if any in the already paid amount, however, there is no response to it. Have attached the invoice and email copies with the complaint.
Sensing something fishy, i visited their site on 4th november and went through the terms and conditions. I found it to be updated recently with a new clause that glamego can terminate the subscription in case it's shutting down, or changes it's plan.
It's not only me there are many other customers who have been cheated like this by glamego. Instragram is full of these instances. This seems to be a planned a deliberate move to lure people to take longer subscription and making one time payment, then coming with such kind of terms and conditions.
Glamego should either refund the balance, or can charge the revised charges of monthly subscription from it month of month and keep sending boxes till the there is an outstanding balance.

If i want to have november box, i can purchase it separately as a monthly subscription by paying for it. I replied back that please explain how 2 boxes product be equal to 4 months boxes they didn't reply on that they just sent me an automated mail which they already sent me informing that my subscription is now terminated and in return they sent me two boxes for that. I call them number of times they didn't receive my calls.Eventhough i mention the same to call me in mail still i didn't get any call or reply on that. Today i tried again and it seems they changed their number then i call on a mobile number through which i get a call earlier they pick my call and without speaking a word they disconnected the call and after that they dont pick the call.
