[Resolved]  Zylog Systems Ltd, Sholinganallur, Chennai — Non-Payment of Salary and Settlement for Nearly 600 Ex-Employees

Salaries to Zylog Ex-employees are not paid from November 2012. Till date Settlement to the Ex-Employees is not done. PF amounts deducted from our Salary not paid to PF Commisioner office from October 2012. We are not able to close the account also. Income Tax is not paid to the department. They made a commitment saying the Pending Settlement will be done by 28 February 2014. But they are just cheating more than 600 Ex-employees. We are find hard to survive and no Government is ready to take our problem and take action against the Employer. What steps can be done to bring this companies fraud to the notice of the State or Central Governments
