I am writing to address Order ID FN[protected], concerning the two XXL-sized kurta sets I recently received. As a regular shopper on Ajio, I typically find this size suitable; however, neither of the items from this order fits me properly, as they are too tight.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a larger size available for exchange on the website. Therefore, I contacted customer care seeking an alternative solution. However, I was informed that no alternatives were available, and neither a refund nor a credit for future purchases could be provided.
As these two kurta sets are unusable for me due to their fit, I urge Ajio to reconsider its policy. It is unfair to compel customers to keep items that do not fit and offer no refund or assistance. I kindly request your assistance in either processing a refund or providing a credit that I can use to purchase other well-fitting items from Ajio.
