I placed an order in 27 SEPTEMBER 2022 through website. I paid a total amount of 1800 rs for my product through google pay. Now, Its March 2023. After tremendous tries of trying to reach her via instagram, whatsapp, email, there has been no response from their side regarding my order. (all of this, for which i have proof of) After repeated tries to inquire about my order on instagram, She blocked my account, because of which im unable to reach out to her anymore. Now theres no way to get in touch with them. They have terrible customer service, along with a business that seems scam to me. Do not trust them. All i want right now is a refund. This is my kind request to everybody out there. Please do not order from here. You may never receive your order and most likely lose your money too.
