I placed an order in January 2022 via Instagram (that time she never had a website) Since the order was placed from USA, she charged me an additional amount of 3500 for shipping. I paid a total amount of 8950 rs for 3 products. Now, Its August 2022. After tremendous tries of trying to reach her via instagram, whatsapp, email, there has been no response from their side regarding my order. (all of this, for which i have proof of)
After repeated tries to inquire about my order on instagram, She blocked my account, because of which im unable to reach out to her anymore.
Finally, i asked my sister from India, to get in touch with her. When she was asked about the status of the order, the owner- Reshma Deepak was extremely rude. She did not take any blame for her poor service. She offended me with her foul language for no fault of mine. Despite providing all proof of the order details, she couldnt provide me with a status update. Finally my sister even requested her to send the order to her address, after which she blocked her contact too.. Now theres no way to get in touch with them.
They have terrible customer service, along with a business that seems scam to me. Do not trust them.
All i want right now is a refund. This is my kind request to everybody out there. Please do not order from here. You may never receive your order and most likely lose your money too. Was this information helpful? |
