Hello Sir .
I am One Of the loyal Customer I use this SIM from Many Years .
I am Using BSNL Prepaid mobile services.
My Mobile no. is [protected].
My bal. is day by day deducted by BSNL co. for subscribing unnecessary services which i didnt subscrice any more. I dont know why this happen in this month continuesly.
I Tried To Contact Customer Care Some one ask me U subscribing such online services and Now no deduction arise as i Unsubscribe such service.
And Again After 5 minutes Pop Up message arise and deduction from my main Balance rs 5.
From deducting such small amount it in total nearly deduction of 50 Rs .
And Another Customer Care Ask - Your handset automatically send SMS and deduct Money. How It is possible.
How Can I trust Customer Care person - everybody gave me different reason of deducting money.
I Already make recharge of 2000 Rs For a Year then why money is deducting from my main balance.
This Same problem i face in 2019 and complaint it and Hope this mistake not arise in future and again in 2020 this same mistake arise .
This repeated mistake day by day losting your loyal customer .
I request authority to refund my amount which they unnecessary deduct from main account balance .
