My loan id is: DMI[protected] and the loan sanctioned amount is: 6, 80, 000. Even though I have raised a request to cancel the loan they still went ahead and approved the loan which I don' want. Now their customer care is not getting connected and concerned department is also not giving any replies to mails. This seems like a fraud and cheating to extract money from me. I don't want the loan they have approved as I don't want to pay single emi also for these people. Also they are trying to cheat me with different interest rates. I don't know why they approved the loan. I want to cancel this loan so that my cibil score will not be affected. Help me in doing so
