I have encountered an staff issue at Domino's Pizza dr b.a.road parel restaurant on 18th May 2021.
As a standard complaint escalation process I Raised the ticket in Domino's app.i was supposed to get reply within 2 says as per mail sent by Domino's.
I also tried contacting both restaurant and manager numbers which both went unanswered. Via whatsapp I can see the manager read the message but not replying.
I decided to call Mumbai region area manager but that too went unanswered as well as text message.
Finally I decided to call jubilant head office in noida. That don't even ring for God sake.
I don't use twitter for personal reasons.but if all above escalations failed then Im in doubt someone will reply if I post it on twitter
Now I'm out of all ways in which I can escalate my issue. But I still want satisfactory resolution.
While I understand that lockdown may cause delay in response but it's been 2 weeks now.
If Domino's really care for it customers then someone will get back to me for resolution.
