My flight ticket to BOM from MAA has been cancelled last year due to COVID 19. I have requested Happy Easy Go (HEG) to process the refund on 1st April'21, but still i didn't receive any information.
Every time i call them, they say that they are working on it and will refund in few days. But only GOD knows what few days means. I called up the airlines (Vistara) and they confirmed that the amount has been refunded and sent to HEG. But these guys still say that they didn't receive anything.
It's been more than 6 months (200 days) since i raised the complaint but no action has been taken. I request you to help me here.
