India Post — phulpur postman does not deliver any post to the address

Address:

G3WM+P7F, Phulpur Bazar, Phoolpur, Uttar Pradesh 221206

There are multiple post that comes to Phulpur India Post office, is not been delivered by the Post man to the home.

Postman keeps the important Post to themselves and only give it if the person visit to get the POST.

If person does not know about the post and someone else sent it, it never gets delivered at the home but kept to the Postman.

In person post office article collection date: 31st January 2024

For this I have to call the Bank multiple times and the tracking ID and then I saw that it is delivered long back.

Postman and Post office Head does not get bothered by Customer's problem and behave like no one can touch them.

There is another article#AQ[protected]IN which is showing as delivered and note yet delivered to my home.

I have limited resource for someone to collect it from the Post office.
