Ivenus Nibm — Non refund of money even after multiple follow ups

On 29th April I had returned my adapter and since then I have waited for more than 15 days but havent got any update. I visited the store 4 times took multiple follow ups still no response or refund from them. I dropped a complaint email still got no response from them
