I had filed a complaint earlier also regarding Kaunsa.com charging my card twice for a watch I ordered which they did not have vide order nos. [protected] and [protected] in the month of Sep'14. On repeated calls I got to know that they did not have the product for which they charged me twice and they refunded one amount in the month of Oct'14 but the other amount they have not refunded inspite of my various calls. When I filled this complaint earlier thru you they promise to deposit the amount in 3 days but even after a month or so no such amount has been deposited in my account
