I have sent MoneyTap multiple emails and also called on the given number on the website but there is no response from them.
I haven't used MoneyTap for more than a year and found out it has been affecting my cibil record to which I requested to close the account but I haven't received any response from them....

The customer team simply telling we will resolve the issue but no response. I am not getting why foreclosure taking 8 days. I am ending up paying 8 days intrest. I don't think this month I will get close the loan. Waste of support here... Sll false promises and waste support. Improve the process for foreclosure in the app itself.
