Mpokket — Settlement of loan

Hello I am anamika, I was a regular user of mpokket app and used to clear all my debts on tim but last year due to some reasons I couldn't complete my few debts of around ruppees 2-3k and even paid the date extension fee seperately but due to family emergency condition I am not able to pay the debt amount for the time being and now the mpokket app people are calling me and constantly threatening me, also they e-mailed me the legal notice. I tried to explain my situation to them but they seemed to repeat the same sentences over and over again. I already paid much more than I took as a extension date cost but I am still willing to pay the amount I took that is 2k-3k instead of 15k they are charging me for!

Kindly look into this issue please and help me out as soon as possible
