it is submitted that I had been allocated Dr.NB Paediatrics Cardiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Okhla Road, New Delhi, through Round 1 of NEET SS Counselling conducted by MCC. However, I got rank 15 in AIIMS Merit list and Rank 17 in Common Merit List in INISS entrance exam 2023 conducted by AIIMS, because of which I have already signed from my seat allocated through NEET SS counselling 2023 after being given free exit option by MCC. It Is further stated that I have already deposited fees of Rs. 1, 25, 000 in NBEMS as the annual course fee and the same has to be refunded to me as I had already resigned from the seat allocated through NEET-SS 2023 within the prescribed timeline and only after being given free exit option by MCC. Kindly tell me exact date when my money would be refunded as I am in dire need of the same and the counselling process has long been over. Therefore, there should not be any excuse that process of refund will be initiated at the end of counselling.
