I received the product on feb 26, 2021 and requested for the return of the product the same day as they had sent a damaged product.
Paytm kept sending us emails which we responded to. Then suddenly on 10th march 2021, they rejected our return request for the damaged product they supplied to me.
I find their delaying tactics deliberate and their mismanagement of customers like me will ensure that they will lose many more customers in the future for this undue harassment.
I have been a long time amazon user and never faced such harassment for returning products - especially defective ones. My attempt to evaluate a famous desi company like paytm has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Please help me get the refund of my money for the damaged product supplied by paytm.
