I Have ordered Samsung M31s mobile on 17th Oct. by paying full product cost that is Rs.18999 . After that i got message that my order is out for deliver on 19th Oct. i was waiting for my delivery but got call that my address is out of their service area so they could not deliver it. While ordering i have confirmed that my pin 590005 is available for the delivery on samsung site. after that i called several time to samsung support till today no positive response has been given. I asked samsung support to cancel my order on 22nd Oct if it is not deliverable, they said my order will be cancelled and will get notification of same but they haven't cancelled it till today. I contacted samsung support almost every day to check on my order but nothing happening. Every day i am checking order and its delivery date is keep changing every day from last 5 days. I am fearing that i will loose all my money.
Please help me to get my money back and also as a cost / penalty to samsung and its worst service deliver ordered mobile without any further delay.
