We booked the apartment more than 5 years back. We were told it will be completed in 2 years. In worst case 3 years failing which we will be compensated monthly. We have opted for 40% upfront and rest on possession. A huge sum is now stuck with the builder. Apartment not handed over, Cancellation request not honoured and our calls go unattended. We now live outside India and have no one in Gurgaon to follow up. The builder has taken this to their advantage.
