I am a small business with small profit margins. Shiprocket periodically hits us with baseless weight discrepancies strangely only occurring with one courier XPRESSBEES. In one case, a necklace weight 50grams was charged the amount of a 2kg parcel. To counter this weight discrepancy, our wallet amount and COD remittances are kept on hold, hampering my ability to ship continuously and customer service seriously. Shiprocket, I have never faced any weight issues from any other shipping company except xpressbees, which is truly. In this particular case, the weight discrepancies are from 6th of November, and I am writing this on 18th December. Obviously since i ship a hundred parcels a month, i dont have the image of the length, breadth, height and label from a month ago. which means i have to accept these baseless charges and cut into our already small profit. Obviously i will never ship with them again, but its a shame that this nightmare of a logistics company is ruining so many small income sources for individuals like me.
