Registering the complaint against the simpli learn express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the communication and support I have received from Simpli Learn, a professional certification training provider. I would like to bring to your attention the following grievance: On 18th Feb 2023, after a series of follow-ups with Simpli Learn, I finally enrolled in the PMP Plus (Master's) course scheduled for Friday, March 31, 2023.
Unfortunately, due to a communication issue, I have encountered a potential loss of the PMI Membership Voucher Digital Key, and the validity of my exam booking has expired as of[protected], 11:59 AM (IST), rendering it unusable.
Throughout my interactions with Simpli Learn, I have observed that the marketing team is highly proactive and responsive in facilitating the enrollment process. However, I have noticed a significant lack of interest and support from the support team when it comes to addressing candidate reminders and providing necessary assistance.
Despite raising this issue with Simpli Learn, my grievance has not been properly addressed. It seems that my concerns are consistently directed to the same person, my account manager, even after escalating the matter. Considering Simpli Learn's esteemed reputation as a leading organization in online training and certification programs, I had hoped that they would be able to extend the validity of the exam voucher.
It is disheartening to be directed towards re-enrollment, especially considering the significant cost of approximately 41, 000 INR. I would like to express my profound disappointment with the lack of communication and support I have experienced thus far. As a result, I am compelled to withdraw my recommendation of Simpli Learn to my friends and relatives within my circle.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. I believe that as a consumer, complaint portal, you possess the resources and authority to address this issue appropriately and provide the necessary guidance and support.
