SRS Travels — Amount is deducted from bank but seat is not confirmed

On 31st march i have booked the bus from belgaum to banglore. but, PNR number is not allotted. Hence, i could not find any bus, However, my amount is deducted from ICICI bank. Here is booking & payment summery of the booked ticket.
