[Resolved] UniverCell — Poor operations, customer service, making false promise

I have ordered two black micromax unite A 106 phone through univercell website. It was shown that the stock is available. The product delivery should be within 7 days from the day of order. I made so many calls to the customer care and everytime when i call, they say that the product is out of stock.After making so many calls one senior manager took the call and promised me that my product is despatched and i will receive it within two days. Only one phone got delivered and the other phone is missing from the package. When i asked the customer care about this, they told me they will send the product when they have stock. The customer care executives are lying continuously and make false promises. Their attitude towards the customer call is very bad.My money is stuck in with them as i have already paid 13599 rs through my credit card
