From last 1month after every 7 days i am getting a msg related to activation of game pind service. N after dat there is deduction of 30 rs at every msg... So in this way there is deduction of 180 rs from my account... N d staff is so unhelpful that they r not helping even so much impatient that they r telling it my mistake which i know i haven't. So pls refund... N help me as soon as possible...

Sir I am using pre paid airtel number [protected]. It is registered with Mrs Mercy Latha. Now It is given to me to use for her office purpose. She asks me to get it on my name the same number and attach my aadhar number. How can do this help me with this

Sir i recharge my mobile on 16 sep 2017 through my airtel app from my mobile. Finaly my recharge was failed due to technical issues but it debited my money from my bank account. I want my money back to my bank account. Up to now my money was not refunded to my bank account. What can i do?. Also your app doesnt showing failure transaction. Such a dirty and ugly app. I want my money back right now. Otherwise i can take severe action on you....

I have given complaint on 12sep2017, till now i.e 22sep2017 no correct response from airtel side, my complaint number is 87592778 . They are not solving the problem permenantly. I dont know when they will solve frequent disconnection problem, every day im calling airtel customer care, im fed up with there service now....

As i got msg from airtal, i went to a retailer for upgrading my airtel sim to 4g. They took 40rs for upgrading the sim. But airtel said that it is for free upto 25sept, when i said why you are taking money, they do not reply anything, just said we take 40rs for upgradation. If you all are airtel not interested in giving my cashback then please tell me and stop giving fake offers to attract users.. All your executives at airtel bank have such a casual attitude that they only fool around innocent users.. [protected] is my registered no. On sept 18th i had deposited cash of 4300 in my airtel account [protected]
Airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card and bank statement to the email [protected]@airtel money.com
I sent it immediately on 16th of september. After that they asked me to wait for 48hrs to activate it again when i called they said the bank...

Hi gud morng it s so disappointing tat u have staffs who do not talk respectfully to customers... Ths a complain for a store office n new bel road.. Plz teach yr staffs firstly sme respect how to talk to welcome yr customers like us if v are valuable as u keep announcing.. And descently talk to customers... Its so annoying... I purchased a broadbband connection on sep 21, 2017 (Sim number [protected]) from airtel store at arenja corner, sector 17, vashi, navi mumbai. I submitted photocopy of my passport and pan card and showed original for verification. I was told that there will be a surprise verification at my residence. At 9.15 am today (Sep 22, 2017), a man came to my flat. He said he was from airtel and asked for my id proof. His general tone was very rude....

Salary issue
I am working with airtel pvt ltd under subham enterprise agencies since 21.07.2017 as collection executive in kukdeshwer. This is airtel collection center he processing also, where we dont have hr department who can solve our salary issues.
We are not getting salary sep and three month incentive pending.

As i planned to move to a new region, i requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center (Ashramam center, kollam) last month, they told me that they will cancel the connections but it was not canceled and i received the bill this month also. Since past 5 days i am not recieving any incoming calls. I had lost my phone few days back and had blocked my number after theft of phone, then when i unblocked my number and inserted the new sim of the same number to new phone, the outgoing calls are working but i am not recieving incoming calls despite calling the airtel customer care several times. Everytime i called they would say we are working on it and it will be resolved by an hour.br...

Consequent to an sms received from airtel to upgrade to 4g before 2 aug'17 else old sim would be deactivated, i got three of my sims changed on 21/9/17.

However, while doing online transaction, the otp being sent by my banks is not being received. As a result my commercial interests have been severly hampered.

Customer care has not been of any help.

I recharged my airtel number with 4g sim on 11th august, 2017. At the time when i recharged my airtel number with rs.399 pack, airtel app showed it will give 1gb/day along with unlimited std, local calling to any number for 84 days! But sadly after 40 days o[censored]sing this pack, my unlimited calling stopped and now it tells my balance is 0 and i cannot make calls to any number. My mobile number is [protected]. The company has deducted ₹99 two times from my account balance for international roaming though i have not been to any other country or international border.

The company is neither processing my complaint and nor giving me satisfactory answer after complaining them again and again.

Kindly process my complain and ask them to refund my amount back as soon as possible....
