Dear service team,

Hi, this is mr. Y venkata rao from srikakulam having airtel prepaid mobile no [protected]. I lost my mobile today morning, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge...

While doing bill payment for my no. [protected] through airtel app the amount of rs 811 has been deducted, but the recharge did not happened.

I received a couple of messages from airtel that the transaction has been failed.

Transaction ids:[protected] and[protected].

Today is the last day for bill payment. I have email to airtel but did not got any response yet

I am unable to make outgoing calls while in roaming. Incoming call is working fine. This is happening since past 2 days. I recharged a pack of rs.399 and it showed recharge successful. I am a custoner of airtel. My aim is in roaming and my net connectivity is very poor.
Despite of many complaints airtel is not at all paying heed to my problem.
This is a very bad service from airtel. Please do something.

I have made many complaints in their mail 121. Airtel.in but no response.

As per the supreme court order, it is clearly mentioned that aadhar card is not mandatory and it depends on the interest of individual person to share/ get his own aadhar. So can you guys please explain me why am i getting the message from airtel saying that "it is mandatory to link the aadhar to your airtel no". I did recharge of rs 399/- for 84gb data and all calls free for 84 days but after one month my service has been stopped on 22 aug 2017 by airtel before 84days. So please take against and service provider and provide service as early as possible or return my amount to me otherwise i will port my no to other service providing telecom company. I'm a airtel network user from 2007, last 6 month there provide 399 offer only when recharged 349 pack. At end of the 349 pack validity day there not provide this offer. It's continued regularly. After leaving my apartment in noida in july'17, i called airtel broadband to disconnect my internet. I have mailed them, called them but they are continually billing me and calling me everyday asking to pay bill. I have 100 times told them to disconnect the internet but they keep asking me to shift the connection to any of my friends living there, but they are not disconnecting it....

We have taken airtel service again and we are facing same issue again and again. These people promise something while taking the connection but do not provide that service.
On letting them know about these they say that raise a complaint with customer care and it will be resolved.
Also, they say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs and post 24 rs they again say that we apologize it will be resolved in 48 hrs.
